This site will truly be a mystic fusion of 2 Cape Breton artists. Bob MacDougall an acrylic painter and Marg MacNeil a fused glass artist are putting their 2 crafts together to form original miniature works that will be made into wearable glass art. Stay tuned for great things to happen in the near future as we will be kicking off our business over the winter.

Just found my way over to your site and am totally impressed. How big are these glass pieces?
The pieces are approx 2x2in or 2x3in.
We will be making them into pendants and pins. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get great pictures of glass. They are much more stunning in person
I will keep watching to see how they turn out as pendants. I have been wanting to make some very small woven pieces into pendants, too.
Jewelry is my weakness. What kind of paint do you use on glass and do you have to put more glass over the painting and fire it to protect it?
One of the artist groups I belong to locally has several fused glass artists, but none doing this type of thing. I'm intrigued.
It is a special enamel paint and it goes through multiple firings before it gets finished
